• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sale of prohibited or restricted goods

• Transactions intended to bypass financial controls

6. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse promotions

7. Fees and Charges

• All applicable fees will be displayed in the app or website.

• You authorize MonaPay to deduct applicable fees automatically.

8. Transaction Limits

MonaPay may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or card transactions at its sole discretion.

9. Account Freezing and Restrictions

MonaPay may temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account if:

• Suspicious activity is detected
• Compliance checks are required
• Legal or regulatory requests are received
• You violate these Terms

10. Card Usage

• Cards remain the property of the issuing partner.
• MonaPay may block or cancel cards at any time.
• You are responsible for all card transactions.

11. Third-Party Partners

MonaPay relies on licensed financial institutions, card issuers, and payment processors to provide certain services. These partners may impose additional terms and conditions.

12. Service Availability

MonaPay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may suspend or discontinue services at any time.

13. Errors and Corrections

MonaPay reserves the right to correct any transaction errors, including debiting or crediting your account when necessary.

14. Account Closure

MonaPay may close your account at any time, with or without notice, especially in cases of policy violations or regulatory requirements.

All software, logos, trademarks, and content are the property of MonaPay and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonaPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MonaPay harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

18. Insolvency Notice

MonaPay is a technology platform and not a bank. Funds may be held by third-party financial institutions. In the event of insolvency, operational shutdown, or partner failure, MonaPay shall not be responsible for any resulting loss of funds.

19. Force Majeure

MonaPay shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions.

20. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MonaPay is registered or operates.

22. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
